La Herradura launches beach aerobics for a fit summer

A NEW edition of La Herradura’s ‘Aerobic Playa’ is to get visitors and locals exercising to the beat of the music at the town’s beaches.
‘Aerobic Playa’ is a project launched by the association Body and Mind Fusion of La Herradura, and was presented by its president, Marian Serrano Ruiz, and the deputy mayor, Juan Jose Ruiz Joya.
From July 24 to August 28, every Friday at 8pm, participants of all ages will be able to practice aerobics, pilates and step amongst others, at the sports court on La Herradura beach.
