Young man dies in Costa Tropical diving accident

AN 18-YEAR-OLD man from Fuente Vaqueros died at the Santa Ana Hospital in Motril after being involved in a diving accident in Calahonda-Castell de Ferro (Granada).
On Saturday (July 18) the victim was diving with his father and friends when, for reasons still unknown, he separated from the group and got into trouble.
He was rescued and cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques were performed on him at the Calahonda quay by his friends and the emergency services. Finally, he was taken to the hospital in a very critical condition. He died on Sunday at 3pm.
