A secret committee hidden in the darkest place of society is attempting to further its evil agenda.
Its members are granted with absolute protection and privileges, considered elites.
But everything changes when a four-second video is captured and sent to DC, sparking a reaction from the director of CARE International, an organisation devoted to helping people in need. The director receives devastating news: one of the organisation’s hospitals in Congo has been annihilated and he wants to find out why.
Counterterrorism operative Scot Harvath, together with his team, is asked to take on the case, one of the most dangerous of his career as he will have to infiltrate the site and bring back answers.
However, what they find out is more unsettling than they ever expected, an international scheme of conspiracy.
