Murcia comes third for health spending

MURCIA was the region of Spain where the third highest amount per person was spent on public health in 2013, according to the Ministry of Health’s latest report.
The report revealed that €1,417 per inhabitant was spent on the health system, while the national average was €1,309.
Murcia was only beaten by the Basque Country with €1,549 per inhabitant and Asturias with €1,423.
