Palmyra Opens in Hotel Sultan Marbella

PALMYRA restaurant, a unique new concept in eating opened its doors to the public on Thursday 28th May and on Tuesday 3rd June an official launch party was arranged to introduce diners to sample some of the treats on the menu. Director of Palmyra, Jose Maria Sant, welcomed guests to see the spacious restaurant priding a front and back terrace and a central indoor dining area that is decorated innovatively and welcoming. In total the whole area can seat up to 250 people. The menu is extensive and international which allows all who dine there to select Tapas prepared and selected from all around the world. This concept aims to have excellent quality tapas cooked in the nature of its country of origin, and it definitely ticks all the boxes with that. Everything is prepared to the highest standard using only produce which is ecological. The menu also has tapas for special diets, antioxidant food, detox rich food, or a choice for those who want to lose a few pounds, so if you are a problem eater, then Palmyra has to be the venue you. As Palmyras is open from 9.am you have a choice of breakfasts, brunch which include some exotic combinations, postres and all day tapas. They have a fantastic choice of cocktails, wines, so if you want to relax on an evening they are open until 1.00am. There is live music one day a week which reflects the elegance of the restaurant, you can listen to blues and jazz played by quality performers.
