TORREVIEJA’S employment workshop reports that work is progressing on the green area in Urbanisation El Chaparral.With the installation of automatic irrigation, foundations, benches, trees offering shade, lawns, new paving and sports facilities, the work is scheduled to be finished by the end of the year.The 40,000-square-metre site has been designed to try and satisfy the needs of all users and to become a true community space as the Reina de la Sal park in Los Balcones has.The total project has a budget of €1.12 million and involves 40 students on the VIII Mediterranean Employment Workshop.
