DRIVERS in Almeria Province pay some of Spain’s highest prices for petrol.The least they can hope to pay for 95 octane unleaded petrol is €1.15 a litre while shopping around will locate petrol stations with prices pegged at €1.3 a litre.According to Ministry of Industry statistics, the average price for petrol is currently €1.355 a litre compared with the national average of €1.349. Filling a 55-litre capacity tank in Almeria Province currently costs €75, which is €10 more than in January.
