Suspected thief caught in Motril

A FORTY-ONE year-old man was allegedly caught red handed stealing from cars in Motril.
National Police reported to have caught the man after he broke the windows of four cars with a blunt object with the intention of stealing items from within.
Upon their arrival, police seized several items which had allegedly been taken from the cars, returning them to their owners shortly after.
The suspect has been taken into custody and charged with at least 40 other thefts from cars in the town.
