Three mayors for one town

LLUCMAJOR will have three new mayors over the next four years. A pact drawn up by the candidates from MES, Proposta per les Illes (PI) and PSOE parties has agreed to have MES leader Jaume Tomas invested as mayor on Saturday (June 13).
His position will then be taken by Bernardi Vives (PI) and the last part of the term in office will see Gori Estarellas as its last mayor.
Following this pact, the PP conservative party will be the opposition after three decades in control of the council.
