Breakfast with the British Chamber of Commerce

The British Chamber of Commerce (BCC) has been established for 100 years and it is one of the biggest and most important business organisations boasting more than 250 member companies within Spain and the UK.
Regional Vice President of the BCC Spain Derek Langley and Lola Corral of Parez de Vara Lawyers invited guests and members along for a networking breakfast at the Marbella Golf and Country Club today (June 9).
This was an ideal opportunity for businesses to gather together and establish new commercial relationships.
The BCC organises approximately 50 events a year where guests share ideas and business proposals. The roots of the company are in Barcelona, with a regional office in Madrid. It is a non profit making business which prides itself on being a professional body with a highly specialised team.
As Derek Langley took to the platform he said that the BCC is different to any other organisation as business is all about networking and that having being established since 1908, the BCC has great credibility.
He went on to say that The Chamber is an infrastructure for members to use and is a perfect tool for business development. Each event also brings in sponsors, and this event was sponsored by Perez de Vargas Lawyers. Lola Corral gave a speech to welcome new members and also introduce the multi lingual services that the Perez group can offer.
Guests took their turn to present themselves to the group during breakfast. The forthcoming events are displayed on the website at www.britchamberspain.com .
