Motril fire officers get into top gear

MOTRIL fire brigade’s rescue equipment has been upgraded at a cost of €14,000 paid for by the town council.
“Each officer will count on a complete set of equipment for rescue which consists of devices such as harnesses and quick-draw clips amongst others,” said Citizen Safety Councillor Manuel Ballesteros, who continued: “In addition, one of the vehicles has been adapted for the transport of staff and equipment to work autonomously and speed up a future rescue operation.”
