Industrial production numbers go down

INDUSTRIAL production (IPI) in the Balearic Islands dropped by two per cent in April if compared with the same month of the previous year.
This figure sits below the national average, which registered an increase of 2.7 per cent, according to the data released by the National Institute of Statistics (INE).
The Islands’ decrease is smaller than the drop registered in March when the IPI fell by 2.4 per cent.
