ANTIQUES and collecting enthusiasts are in luck as the Esencias de Ses Rotes cottage in Esporles is hosting a charity antiques fair.The second edition of the Serra de Tramuntana Antiques and Collector’s Fair, which is scheduled to be held between May 4 and 7, will donate all proceeds to the Es Refugi Altruist Association.Organisers explained in a statement that a total of 44 exhibitors from Mallorca and across Spain will exhibit all kinds of items such as furniture, art pieces and collector’s items, amongst others.The access to the cottage, which is located on the road between S’esglaieta and Esporles (Km 2,600) in Palma de Mallorca, is free. Participants will be charged €1 to use the car park.The Es Refugi Altruist Association works towards giving shelter and covering basic needs for poorer people in Mallorca.
