ENRIQUE IGLESIAS, the Spanish-born singer, was involved in an incident on Sunday whilst performing onstage for fans in Tijuana, Mexico.Known for wanting to give his fans a closer look at what is happening on stage, he tried to grab a camera-equipped drone. Unfortunately the stunt didn’t go to plan this time, as he grabbed the wrong part of the aerial vehicle, resulting in him slicing open several fingers on his right hand.Pictures and videos from the night have surfaced online, showing Iglesias with a bloodstained, white t-shirt and bandaged hand. Ever the professional, the pop star continued for a further 30 minutes after the painful incident. However he was eventually forced to cut the show short, in order to seek medical attention. It is reported that the 40-year-old was then “rushed to the airport where an ambulance met him [and he] was then put on a plane to LA to see a specialist.”
