A BASIC, free German course has been launched in Velez-Malaga by the town council to boost the residents’ chances when looking for employment.The course is being taught by a native teacher and 20 residents of the town from the areas of La Villa, Arroyo de San Sebastian and La Molineta are currently benefiting from it.“The project has been conceived to improve their knowledge level and facilitate their access to the labour market,” said Urban Initiative councillor, Lourdes Piña. She continued: “This course will have a duration of 60 hours and will be taught until June 10.”
