A NEW mobile app is being launched by Santa Pola Town Hall for cleaning and housekeeping services. Loreto Serrano, Councillor for Cleaning and Infrastructure, said its purpose is to receive notification of “incidents on the streets relating to cleaning, collection of furniture, lighting, street furniture, container banks, parks and gardens so that we can manage the cases and demands in the shortest time possible.”The town hall will receive all notifications of any issues registered via the app and will be able to deal with the cases. The application will be available in June and can be downloaded from Google Apps for both Android and Apple devices. Once you open the application, various pull-down tabs are displayed so that citizens can choose different areas.Photos can also be uploaded to show the problem.
