Early detection unit in town

A MOBILE unit for breast cancer screening will be in Alhaurin de la Torre until July 15.
The unit will be screening women aged between 50 and 69 as part of the Andalucian Health Service’s Early Detection programme.
Those registered with the local health centre can expect an appointment through the post for a mammogram, and are asked to call 689 046 726, 951 917 102 or 951 031 395, Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm if they do not receive them.
