ALHAURIN de la Torre is holding its third Medieval Villa weekend from this Friday 29, to Sunday with activities planned for all the family.Organised by the council’s Tourism and Festivities departments in collaboration with Malaga Provincial Council, Costa del Sol Tourism and local company Complejo Jose Luis el Segoviano, the event is particularly aimed at children with more than 80 shows involving air, fire and water planned. More than 80 craftsmen and women from all over the country will be setting up stands on Calle Malaga and the public park, with surprises and activities starting at 5pm on Friday 29, and running from 11am to 11pm on both Saturday and Sunday.The organisers hope to attract at least 65,000 visits this year for the popular event, which aims to honour the civilizations of the past of Andalucia and Spain.
