Lloyd Milen receives his Chain of Office and Legion badge.
BRITISH Vice Consul in Alicante Lloyd Milen has been inaugurated as the new President of the Royal British Legion in District North Spain.The ceremony took place at Cuidad Patricia, Benidorm, when Lloyd was presented with his ‘Chain of Office’ and Legion badge. Lloyd said he was “looking forward” to his new role.
