Podemos and Ciudadanos ‘make gains’

WITH nearly all results from Spain’s local and regional elections in, it would seem that in a neck and neck race, the PP has just got the advantage. Despite gains for the new anti-corruption movements, and at the expense of the country’s traditional main parties, the preliminary results show that the PP, is on course to win the most votes nationally with 26 per cent. The PSOE are a close second with 25.2 per cent of the vote.
