CUTTING THE RIBBON: Mayor Jose Garcia Urbano.

TUESDAY May 12 was another day of celebrations for Fastighetsbryan Real Estate as they opened their new office in Estepona.
The mayor, Jose Garcia Urbano, cut the ribbon and opened the doors to this fantastic new business. The crowd spilled out into the street as guests were eager to visit the elegantly- designed office.
Director of Fastighetsbryan, Daniel Nilson, gave a speech to thank the mayor for being part of a venture which will provide the community with an excellent service. Mayor Urbano said he welcomed Fastighetsbryan with open arms to Estepona and was sure that this type of business was an asset to the area.
Kent Schanke and Co-Owner Olle Westerling will be at the forefront of Fastighetsbryan, Estepona, following the continuing growth of Fastighetsbryan from Sweden to Spain.
Fastighetsbryan has been established since the early 1800s and has been Sweden’s leading estate agents for over half a century. Business is still gaining in strength as they now have 12 offices in Spain. Fastighetsbryan has continued to succeed in opening doors both with their offices and also with house-hunters!
In total Fastighetsbryan Real Estate has more than 250 offices operating in Sweden which has been a very attractive footprint for the clients they now assist in Spain.
Trust, reliability and transparency have been the key to their success. Unlike many other companies in real estate, with Fastighetsbryan all business is totally transparent and they are controlled by legislations that safeguard both vendor and purchaser.
They are a multilingual team so there are no language barriers and they also speak your language on property and price when selling or purchasing, which helps to eliminate valuable time wasted.
