The home of the finest fish and chips

SEAN and Katrina, owners of the Crispy Cod fish restaurant, have busy little fingers working to keep the coast happy with their traditional fish and chips in which they have grown famous for.
All the fish is freshly skinned and boned and the potatoes are freshly chopped every morning, hence the busy fingers, and with Sean’s own secret recipe for the batter, you are sure to taste a crispy treat.
This chippy has been featured in the Daily Mirror newspaper boasting a five star rating so news travels far afield when food is as good as this.
The portions are also generous so not only do you have quality but quantity too, although there is a choice of portion size, should you just want a light lunch.
The Crispy Cod is a first in fish and chips but also offer other favourites such as t h e Pukka Pie range including steak and kidney, meat and potato, beef and onion and others too.
Burgers are a good crowd puller ranging from the classic quarter pounder hamburger right down to a veggie burger, all at great value for money.
Side orders are always ready to go, onion rings, breaded mushrooms, the classic Brits pickled eggs and mushy peas to die for, and how many of us remember those delicious pineapple fritters? The menu just gets better, the more you read, the more you reminisce about the good old chippy back home.
If you’ve got it, flaunt it, as the saying goes and the Crispy Cod definitely has it.
The location has it too, situated right on the seafront, what better place could you be to eat fish and chips.
The signage displayed on the terrace makes it clear that you have reached the home of the finest fish and chips on the coast.
Sean and Katrina wish to inform customers that the Crispy Cod will now be open at the later time of 12.30pm until 11.00pm.
