THE company Pequeduca has been granted the ownership of the nursery school currently under construction in Motril’s Centre for Tourism Development.
The news was announced by Mayor Luisa Garcia Chamorro, who explained that the successful bidders would have to pay €750 per month to the council, for a period of at least seven years.
The new nursery school is expected to provide services for at least 15 town children, with ages ranging from newborn babies to three-year-olds, as well as providing psychological help and transport.
