SATURDAY April 11, saw the La Cala Lions support the remembrance of Jack Nusbaum at the Parador Golf Club Torremolinos.
Jack Nusbaum sadly died aged 88 years old. Jack had devoted many years of his life to helping sight impaired golfers through his association SIGA, and latterly to providing golfing tuition and tournaments to young people with learning and physical disabilities, ‘Paragolf.’
All the juniors teed off at 10.30am to their normal nine hole game. Then back into the hotel restaurant for refreshments and a cup presentation.
This year was another enjoyable and bonding event between La Cala Lions and the Asociacion de Padres y Madres.
A fitting remembrance of Jack Nusbaum.
