THE Prosecutor’s Office of Malaga Court has requested 21 years in prison for a woman accused of killing another woman in Cala del Moral (Rincon de la Victoria).
The events took place in December of 2013 when, according to the prosecutor’s version, the suspect used a cutter to slit the victim’s throat because she owed her €4,000.
After allegedly committing the crime, she reportedly took the jewellery worn by the victim, as well as her mobile phone.
The prosecutor’s office has accused her of murder, and requested 20 years in prison, as well as a robbery crime, for which an additional 18 months in prison have been requested.
