A 24-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested in Velez-Malaga for allegedly selling hashish and marihuana in a property near a local school.
Local Police in Velez-Malaga allege that the man was selling the drugs at his parents’ home at any time of the day.
During a home search, 500 grammes of marihuana, 37 grammes of hashish and €203 in cash were confiscated, as well as mobile phones, a precision scale and other items that could be used for the preparation and distribution of drugs.
The man will also be charged with a crime against the Justice Administration, as he already had a criminal record for violence against his mother and was violating a restraining order.
