Nerja’s Residents Day

ON the occasion of the Day of Europe, on May 9, an event will take place for the relocation of the Fuente de Europa monument in Nerja’s Plaza de los Cangrejos next to the Torrecilla Beach.

To give prominence to the Nerja Foreign Residents so that they may participate in this important event, we wish to celebrate Residents Day on that same day, also in the Plaza de los Cangrejos Square.  

Residents Day will only be on May 9 and there will not be another day in case of rain. Since there are already bars on the Plaza de los Cangrejos Square it will not be necessary to install the stands that are traditionally set up for this event.
