CAR sales have increased by 59.5 per cent during the first three months of 2015 in the Balearic Islands, compared with the same period of 2014.
These figures have placed the islands as the autonomous community of Spain with the biggest jump in car sales in January and March, followed by Valencia (45.3 per cent), Murcia (38.6 per cent) and Andalucia (37 per cent).
The data has been released in a report created by the car manufacturers’ association ANFAC, car dealers’ association Faconauto and vendors’ association Ganvam.
In addition, the results have been especially positive as they are significantly above the national average (32.2 per cent).
