FOR the first time in his career, Tiger Woods finds himself out of the top 100 golfers.
Since 1996, when he first scaled the dizzy heights of the top 100 club, he has won 14 major titles and spent a grand total of 683 weeks as the world number one.
But after having his worst game ever at the Phoenix Open in January, and withdrawing from Torrey Pines in February with back pain, he has announced he will be taking an indefinite break until he can compete at the highest level again.
