MIJAS Council has approved a budget of €450,000 to build a roundabout at the entrance to Campomijas urbanisation and improve the surrounding area.

The work will include creating pavements not only to improve safety for pedestrians in the area, but also to remove obstructions which reduce visibility for drivers and cause accidents, councillor Mario Bravo explained.

A roundabout sign like that in Spain will confuse the drivers and cause accidents for sure.
