FINNISH travel agents and tour operators were invited last week by the Tourism Agency of the Balearic Islands (ATB) to participate in a familiarisation trip.
Mallorca was the destination chosen as the ATB seeks to spark a wider interest in the tourism market in Finland.
The 10 visitors learned about the tourist attractions offered by the city of Palma and other places such as Soller and its port.
In addition, they had the chance to participate in gastronomy activities and get to know the hotel establishments of the city, amongst other activities.
This trip was a part of the annual programme of promotional actions launched by the ATB to boost tourism.
