JUAN VERA, ex-mayor of Tolox, has been given one month to voluntarily enter jail to serve his time.
A Malaga criminal court judge rejected an appeal to suspend the order as the ex-mayor has so far been given five jail sentences for town planning crimes.
Meanwhile Vera’s lawyers have said they intend to go to the Human Rights Tribunal to appeal.
