Scottish player may play for Spanish national team

SCOTLAND’S coach Ricky Sbragia has attracted criticism after he turned down the up and coming Real Madrid player Jack Harper.

Jack Harper is only 19 and was born in Malaga to Scottish parents. With dual nationality it appears that if Harper does not play for the Scottish national team, he could well be selected to play in the Spanish National team instead.  The Spanish national team has apparently already made enquiries regarding Jack’s availability and international status.

Jack originally started playing for Real Madrid when he was 13 and is mid-way through a five year contract at present, where he plays in the youth elite level.
