Frigiliana stars in music video

THE streets of Frigiliana were chosen once again to be the setting of a music video by singer Alvaro Soler, member of Barcelona band Urban Lights.

The video was recorded on Saturday (March 21), and some Frigiliana residents had the chance to take part in the filming as extras.

The song was ‘Bajo el mismo sol’ (Under the same sun), the first solo single released by the artist.

A German production team and a Malaga company were in charge of the project.

Tourism councillor, Maria Jose Caravaca, emphasised the positive impact of having renowned artists shoot their videos in the town, not only for the promotional nature of these projects, but also in augmenting Frigiliana’s role as a sought-after recording spot for audiovisual productions.
