Foreign worker numbers see highest increase in Balearics

THE number of foreign residents registered with the social security services in Spain has experienced the highest increase in the Balearic Islands in January.

In total, 54,004 foreigners were registered in the first month of 2015, a 4.4 per cent increase if compared with the previous month, and the highest growth in Spain, according to the Ministry for Employment and Social Security.
