Suspected Malaga child abuser arrested

A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of sexually abusing a friend’s step-daughter.

Malaga City police believe that the 39-year-old man, who was taken in from the streets to stay with a friend, gained the trust of the nine-year-old girl by buying her expensive gifts before taking advantage of her for three years.

The alleged victim eventually told a relative, who informed her mother.
