THE AECC (Spanish Association Against Cancer) has contacted Nerja Council to express their interest in opening an office in the town.
Nerja mayor, Jose Alberto Armijo, and other council representatives have already held a meeting with the association as they believe the service provided by such an office would be greatly positive for the town, helping people suffering from the illness as well as their families.
“Nerja Council will do its best to make this project a reality,” said head of the Health Department, Nuchi Moreno.
