Discover the benefits of Neater Heater and the introduction of the new Neo

SINCE discovering the benefits of Norwegian designed convector heaters seven years ago Richard and Tony have been striving to give their customers more choice by adding variety to their range of Neater Heaters. “The choice we can now offer through our website’s online shop is quite staggering” says Richard.

“We can offer the cheaper basic Adax VP range, glass fronted heaters in a variety of colours, our original Beha panel heater, the quirky Glamox heater and the contempory Neo Heater with digital controls. They all function using the same Norwegian technology, but they offer a variety of style choices and can, in the case of the Neo, offer a whole lot more.”

“We have had Neos for a year now and they have proved to be very popular,” Tony informs us. “First of all, they come with a choice of colours: White, silver, black, or red. They have a stylish contemporary modern look to them with a small digital LED display next to hidden, but easy-to-use, control buttons.

“Using these, you can pre-set the Neo heaters to turn on at certain times to your desired comfort temperature, and to turn down to a set temperature when you expect to be asleep, or out of the house. This reduced temperature, the cutback temperature, could be a reduction to keep the chill off at night in a child’s bedroom, or you could reduce it to a temperature that effectively turns the heater off if you are out at work all day.

“The choices are yours. However, if the programmed temperature is not what you want, you can either temporarily override it for that specific period, or reprogramme it, if you want a permanent change.

“All Neater Heaters can now be made free-standing using factory-made floor stands, or as we like to call them: ‘Neat Feet!’ This gives the customer a choice between wall mounted or free-standing. Neo, however have also introduced a Neo2 which allows you to have the heater bracket, which is hinged at the top, fastened to the wall with clips. When you want to remove the heater from the wall, you unclip the bracket from the wall and it becomes a lean-to stand for the heater.

“Obviously with such a range, we are no longer able to stock all models so we urge customers to plan ahead and order theirs in advance, so we can add them to our regular orders and keep delivery costs down.”
