A TARMAC scheme aims to improve safety on 35 kilometres of streets in residential areas this spring.
Marbella Council has dedicated 60 per cent of the scheme’s €3.5 million budget to residential streets, Mayor Angeles Muñoz explained, with 85 streets expected to receive 20,000 tonnes of tarmac.
Work is due to take approximately four months, and areas included are Las Chapas, Elviria, Trapiche, Bello Horizonte, Nagueles, Nueva Andalucia and San Pedro Alcantara.
