Child-molesting teacher arrested

A TEACHER from a bilingual school in Villanueva del Pardillo Madrid, has been arrested for allegedly abusing seven pupils.

A police investigation began a few months ago when a pupil’s father reported the teacher for taking advantage of his power over his students aged between 11 and 13, in order to abuse them.

Another six victims were discovered by police investigators, who arrested the teacher after gathering evidence.

After being presented before a judge, the 33-year-old man who had worked at the school for almost four years, was sent straight to jail to await trial.

Meanwhile the school management has suspended the headmaster, and is providing psychological support for affected students.
