THE Platja de Muro beach has been chosen by Tripadvisor users as the 7th best beach in Spain.
The Platja de Muro is a 5.2-kilometre-beach, characterised by its fine, white sand and stretches of vegetation. A noteworthy area is Es Comu, a part of the beach included in the Natural Park S’Albufera.
In addition, the beach has several quality certifications, such as the European Union blue flag, which guarantees its perfect conditions in terms of environmental respect and facility maintenance and one of the most advanced safety and rescue services in Spain, as certificated in 2009 and 2013 by a national excellence diploma.
The 700 comments written by Tripadvisor users praised its clean waters and fine sand and highlighted that the area is not as crowded as other beaches of the town, as well as the great variety of services provided and its accessibility for disabled users.
