VISITORS to Mijas village will soon have a new way to discover points of interest thanks to a tuktuk tour service.
These lightweight, environmentally friendly, electric vehicles with space for four passengers will provide new routes in the village and take tourists to points not covered by traditional donkey-taxis and horse-drawn carriage tours.
Tourism councillor Santiago Martin explained that the department hoped to provide users with a tablet containing information in up to eight different languages on the history, culture and sights of Mijas.
