Marbella shopping centre extension gets the green light

EXTENSION plans for Marbella’s La Cañada shopping centre have been given the go-ahead by the regional government.

An extra floor is planned for the main building of the centre to provide an extra 2,000 square metres of floor space for shops belonging to national and international brands.

Due to the size of the centre, the Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment department of the Junta de Andalucia regional government was required to approve the project, which General de Galerias Comerciales presented to Marbella Council.
