Amazing Aroma!

X Factor vocal coach and final judge, Lloyd Wade

THE latest round of the Mallorca’s Got Talent competition was the talk of the island on Saturday.

It was another full house at Aroma El Toro Restaurant.

This week was the time to showcase even more of the island’s extensive talents.

This heat saw five brand new contestants. These included a double act from Alcudia, Jerricho Summer, veteran keyboard player Anthony, young female singer Nicky, musicians Viking & Jordan and a very young comedian, Jack Martin with his first ever stand up gig.

The place was packed to the rafters and the crowd were in fine voice from the beginning, with host Paul Martin getting them warmed up with some great tunes.

The night was a huge success all round.  The outcome produced two fantastic winners, who leapt ahead of the competition. These were, young Jack Martin, aged 8 who had the crowd in stitches at his jokes and impeccable comic timing, unbelievable for his years. All agreed that a new stand up star was born on Saturday night!

Also going through, two talented 14-year-olds Viking & Jordan, whose guitar playing and perfectly executed harmo-nious singing won the hearts of the crowd.

The final is starting to look very interesting. This will now be held at Western Water Park on February 28 in the venue’s impressive theatre.
