Asian Fusion at Bing Restaurant, Fuengirola

IF you adore Sushi and Asian cuisine, then the newly opened Asian Fusion, Bing is a must to visit.

The menu offers the most exotic combinations of seafood, meat and comple-mentary vegetables to tempt the most demanding of palettes.  Sarah and Bing are well known from the Bangkok Restaurant in Marbella, where they developed a  following of loyal diners in their 14 years there.

The pre-opening of Bing was held last Sunday, where diners were invited to sample some of the most exquisite dishes selected from the menu.

First to arrive was a mixed platter of starters which included Thai Spring Rolls, Barbecue Spare Ribs, and Chicken Skewers, all prepared in delicious individually prepared sauces to enhance the flavours of each delicacy. The Sushi platter was served next, presented with mouth watering attention to detail, combining avocado and peppers wrapped up in delicate parcels of salmon and rice.

 The extensive choice of starters is available from only €3.70. From the main menu followed a spicy Thai red curry, chicken and cashew nuts with peppers and lemon grass, served with noodles and rice. A side dish of deep fried prawns in batter was an excellent choice to accompany this wonderful feast.  As the menu offers so many of these delicious combinations, there are photographs on the sushi and main menus to help you select what your taste buds desire.

If you wish to sample some of the noodle dishes, then there is a special lunchtime menu available, or if you wish to have a take away, then that is also an option. Sarah prides herself on her quality of food and also its presentation, which is why many return for good value for money cuisine.
