Boxer makes pro debut

BRITISH boxer Isaac Chamberlain, a talent sponsored by Macklins Gym Marbella (MGM), will make his pro debut this weekend at the O2 Arena in London. Chamberlain is on the bill for the Estrada and Mitchell showdown.

The 20-year-old boxer will face off against Moses Matovu in a Cruiserweight contest of four three-minute rounds and the fight will be shown live on Sky Sports from 7pm this Saturday. “This is what dreams and hard work are made of,” said Chamberlain this week.

Chamberlain has had a successful amateur career and has won a host of southeast England and London titles. He started boxing at the age of 12 to improve his confidence and hasn’t looked back since.
