First sale of the year

STYLISH: The Princess 52.

PORT ANDRATX-based easyboats has started 2015 on a high note by already closing its first sale of the year – a stylish Princess 52.

Purchased by a Spaniard living in Germany, the motor-yacht will be transported from its current mooring in Tarragona across to Palma de Mallorca in time for the summer season. Director of easyboats, Lorenzo Vila, said that the early sale is a sign of things to come.

“Whilst we may not be the only yacht brokers to have made a sale so early in the New Year, there can’t be that many of us, and we are thrilled,” said Lorenzo. “It sets a nice positive tone for the 12 months ahead. Moreover, we not only have further brokerage leads to follow up, but also an unprecedented number of charter enquiries reminiscent of the ‘boom’ years, pre-crisis. We’ve hit the ground running and can’t wait to build on this early success.”

The Princess 52’s new owner has a holiday home on the island and intends to enjoy quality family time on board. Easyboats has been entrusted with her year-round maintenance.
