Marina Alta stars in internet series

FILMED in the Marina Alta area of Costa Blanca North, web series Sol de Invierno begins on January 26.

More than 200 local residents appear in the five 20-minute episodes of the first series on www.soldeinvierno.net

Sol de Invierno – Winter Sun – has been created by more than 30 Valencian audiovisual professionals on a €50,000 budget and shot at 35 different locations. 

It follows the adventures of Margaret who exchanges her stressful London existence for Parcent after inheriting a house from her Aunt Susan. 

“We are very satisfied with the final result and are confident of a good reception,” said the director Luis Eduardo Perez.
