Hoteles Servigroup granted excellence award

HOTELES SERVIGROUP was given an excellence award for the superior quality of its hotels during the 2013 season by British tour operators Jet2 Holidays and David Urquhart.

This prestigious prize is testament to guests’ high level of satisfaction with the services provided by Hoteles Servigroup and the quality of its accommodation and facilities.

For the third year in a row Jet2 Holidays presents Servigroup with this award. This year the prize-winning hotels were Venus, Calypso, Orange, Nereo and Pueblo.

Jet2 Holidays is part of Grupo Dart and offers holiday packages for Jet2.com flights since 2007, which include hotel accommodation, taxi and private coach transfers from eight airports in the UK to all Spanish destinations.

This is also the third year in a row that David Urquhart grants its golden award to seven of the Servigroup’s hotels – Venus, Calypso, Servigroup Nereo, Pueblo Benidorm, Rialto, Castilla and Orange – for their excellent, personalised service, the quality of their facilities and services and exquisite cuisine, which are common to all Servigroup hotels.

David Urquhart Travel has operated since 1983, organising the holidays of nearly three million clients in multiple destinations, offering transport, good services and excellent hotels. They celebrated their 30^th anniversary in 2013 and have been working alongside Hoteles Servigroup for a number of years, with increasing customer satisfaction each holiday season.
