Does Blanc deserve a ban from Britain?

A PETITION that has more than 70,000 supporters is pleading for Home Secretary, Theresa May, to ban ‘dating coach’ Julien Blanc from the UK.

He is planning events in the UK for February but it turns out he has rubbed a lot of people up the wrong way with his controversial attitudes towards women.

“To allow this man into the UK legitimises sexual assault and predation, and sends a message that women are playthings or objects without agency,” the petition says.

It also states that, “Julien Blanc and his group (Real Social Dynamics), are a group of sexist and racist ‘pick-up artists’ who have made a living by teaching men how to violate women through physical and emotional abuse.”

His tour was recently cut short in Australia after his visa was cancelled because citizens disapproved of his seminar so much they held protests.

The 25-year-old American holds £1000 sessions which intend to train men how to manipulate women into sex and has his own website, called Pimping My Game, where he shares his “knowledge”.

He describes his techniques as “evil” and “emotionally scarring”.

In one video, which he posted whilst in Tokyo, he is pictured grabbing a woman’s head and pushing it onto his crotch whilst stating, “In Tokyo, if you’re a white male, you can do what you want.”

Home Secretary Theresa May has the power to exclude Blanc, but only if she agrees that “his presence is not conducive to the public good”.
